Health & Fitness Expo, free and open to the public, is held at Best Western Plus Lakeway Inn (Google Map) 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday, September 29, 2012. Plenty of parking: 400 spaces.

Pre-Race Sports Massage

Dr. Bob Curtis and Advanced Sports Chiropractic (ASC) will have a team of massage therapists offering massage treatments for $15 per 15 minute treatment up to 30 minutes. Dr. Curtis will also perform Injury Assessments for a $20 Exam and provide chiropractic treatments. Chiropractic adjustments will cost $30 for race participants. Specific soft tissue treatments will cost $15 per 15 minute treatment up to 30 minutes. Appointments and payments are handled directly through ASC. Walk-ins are welcome, but call 360.647.1900 to secure your massage with an appointment.
