The Bad Tenants
You probably wouldn’t expect hip-hop’s most compelling new sounds to rise from a resume filled with blues music and college degrees. But Bellingham, Washington’s The Bad Tenants, consisting of Casey Grant Gainor (C-Spot), Matthew Goodwin (Good Matters), Kristopher Dyche (Dutchman) and Gabriel Ghirardini (DJ Idlhnds), don’t expect you to be ready for them either.

Yogoman Burning Band
Yogoman hails from Planet Yog, where vibrant and nonsensical dancing is the way of the walk. Jordan Rain of Bellingham, WA took the name Yogoman as his DJ moniker in 1998, as a way to turn the average Northwest reclusive and introspective sensibility outward. Beginning with an eclectic range of musical genres from soul to punk, DJ Yogoman found a love for Jamaican music, with its playful, laid-back, yet intense, and steadily danceable rhythms. Yogoman also recognized Jamaica’s music as being friendly to all ages and backgrounds of humans.

The Productionists
The Productionists are a Hip-Hop, Jazz, Funk group from Bellingham, WA who formed in 2005. With two albums to their credit-- Weapons of Mass Production released in 2006 and their self-titled second album released in September of 2010--they continue to perform regularly, release singles, and gain fans. Forged from the ethic of creating beautiful music with authentic messages their songs are ideal for people who want to close their eyes and listen, sing along with the crowd, or get up and dance. With an abundant mix of yesterday's sound and tomorrow's unwritten anthems The Productionists continue to define themselves not from the world around them but from the world of music within them, all the while reflecting the things in life to be cherished: family, friendship, fun, and music.
-"... genre defying masters of funk, rap, R&B, (and) jazz."
