Expo Packet Pick-up

Packet Pick-up, is held at Best Western Plus Lakeway Inn (Google Map) 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday, September 29, 2012. Plenty of parking: 400 spaces.

Expo & Packet Pick-up Floor Plan

Participants are required to pick up their race packet at the Expo between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday, September 29, 2012 unless they are registered with Late Packet Pick-up Race Day option. BBM will not mail or deliver packets or shirts. Shirts will not be held for pick-up post-race. Race packets include race bib, timing chip & strap and race day instructions. Shirts will be given to participants during packet pick-up. Instructions for obtaining race packet and shirt:

  • visit Bib Number Look-up area outside the Terrace Room to get your bib number;
  • walk through the Expo to Packet Pick-up in the Whatcom Room;
  • participants must have photo ID available to pick up their packet.
Participants unable to pick up their own race packet at the Expo may have someone else pick up their packet for them at the Expo. Fill out the Packet Pick-up Authorization Form and give it to the person picking up your packet. They will take the completed form and a copy of your photo ID to the Expo and give to the volunteer handing out race packets.

Late Packet Pick-up Race Day

Late Packet Pick-up Race Day is held at Depot Market Square Building (Google Map) Sunday, September 30, 2011. This is the location of the Shuttle Bus to Marathon Start loading, 5K Start, Half Marathon Start and Finish Line for all races. Refer to Schedule of Events for the times to pick-up your packet based on race. All race packets not picked up at the Expo will be brought to Depot Market Square for Late Packet Pick-up Race Day.

If you are not able to pick-up your packet at the Expo, then you may pick-up your packet race day at Depot Market Square. If you know in advance you will be picking up your packet race day, then include Late Packet Pick-up Race Day option (nominal fee) with your race registration. If after you register, you want to add Late Packet Pick-up Race Day option to your existing registration, please refer to Registration instructions for adding options.

If your race weekend schedule changes and you now need to pick-up your packet race day, then you will need to pay the Late Packet Pick-up Race Day fee (see Entry Fees & Deadlines for fee) when you pick-up your packet at Depot Market Square.

Unpaid Late Packet Pick-up Race Day fee will result in race disqualification and nullification of results.

All packets will be at the Expo. If you selected Late Packet Pick-up Race Day option, but would now prefer to pick-up your packet at the Expo, it will be there for you.

Tech Shirt Exchange

Volunteers will not exchange your shirt at Packet Pick-up. If you want a shirt size different than that you receive at Packet Pick-up, then you may check with the BBM Store (table) located outside the Terrace Room by the course maps. If they have the size you desire, then you may exchange your shirt at that time. Only shirts for the same race may be exchanged. There will be no shirt exchange at Late Packet Pick-up Race Day.
